Bio:  Virginia City's most famous prostitute was found murdered in her bed, and believed it was by her boyfriend, John Milleian since her jewelry was found at his place of residence.  She had been strangled.  She was only 35 years of age.  Milleian was hanged a year later for his crime, and even Mark Twain attended his hanging.

The women of Virginia City refused for her to be buried, "with proper folk," so Julia was buried outside of the cemetery on a nearby hill.
